Im looking into doing that right now as a matter of fact, Sam. I've been asking around and the consensus seems to be that it's a good idea.
Kevin,

I'm sure there is a way to have wordpress point to your url or vice-versa. You could change it to do both, if that's what you're looking for.

@Gregg - I'm not sure if the Preakness workouts are open to the public or not. I'm kind of stuck at work during the week anyway though. Maybe one day I'll get lucky and get to be closer to the action. I'm passing on Adriano as well. :)

@Trisna - I've actually been thinking about that for quite some time. I've just been worried that changing the URL (i.e., removing the "wordpress" portion) might confuse people. I need to read up more about the proper steps to take if/when that happens. And no, you don't "suck." It takes a while to build a knowledge base for this game. The biggest mistake a newcomer can make is rushing out to lay bets. Just be a fan for a while and watch/follow along. The betting part should only come when you are confident about your abilities.

Make sure though, that you are watching this Satuday when the Kentucky Derby is run. It just might change your life.

But, after visiting one to another horse race websites, i suggest you to make your own domain, Why? Because this blog is very informative and people enjoy reading it, serious. Think about it... which one would you prefer http://theaspiringhorseplayer.wordpress.com than http://theaspiringhorseplayer.com :D

If you want to know the advantage and disadvantage of having domain, read this http://www.ecomhelp.com/KB/internet/kb_your-own-domain-name.htm

I find your website very enjoyable. I'm happy I came accross it.
When the horses come to Baltimore soon, do you get out in person
to watch the works? Do they let the public in?

Being disabled from work has let me watch more hrtv and the horses who
have looked the best to me are 1.Court Vision 2. Colonel John
3. Denis of Corks everybody else looks good-Well-i thought Adriana
looked a bit choppy--and his temperment is documented-and with 150,000
on hand I will say "NO THANKS"
