I saw Smith on TVG after the race – he said that Zenyatta told him “we’re dedicating our performance today to Nashoba’s Key.”

You know what’s best? That may have been Zenyatta’s best race so far. Absolutely amazing.

I had not seen Smith’s comment about Nashoba’s Key, that’s really nice to hear. Zenyatta is quickly becoming my favorite horse in training in this country.

Zenyatta & Nashoba’s Key, what a great match up this summer on the west coast series and also later at the Breeders cup could have been….Nash could do it on both surfaces and this would have been a great Distaff show down. Her turn of foot was spectacular to watch and we will miss her.
