Actually with Stolen Heart I liked her pedigree: she's a half-sister to G2 Tom Fool and G2 Brooklyn handicaps runner-up Tasteyville. I'm a pedigree freak ya know? LOL.

@Glen - not so good today. I singled on Soda Pop Kid in the pick 4 and was bounced. Wouldn't have had the 43-1 runner in race 9 anyway.

Edit: But I did nail the tri in the San Diego Handicap (look below the picks - I gave out a $6 tri play that returned $50), and had the winner of race 1 who returned double digit payouts. I just can't believe someone hit that pick 6.

@Val - oh no! Did you pick Stolen Heart on the post parade impression? I did the same thing and was able to cash. I'm just glad I can still bet Del Mar through the Pen National website (ebetusa - where I'm forced to place my bets). You're darn right - this exclusivity bull schnat is killing the game. Not only is most racing action on the weekdays when 95% of people are at work - but when the weekend comes and you'd finally like to participate - oh no, sorry - you can't bet because someone isn't making an extra 5 cents per wager.

I'm so ticked off!! I was all over Stolen Heart who won race 3 ($18.80 win!), but when I went to Twinspires to place my bet, a message came up saying they weren't taking bets online and I would have to call in! Needless to say, it was already nearly post time so I totally got shut out. It sucks because I bet on Del Mar on opening day with no problem. They are just killing the game with these petty "exclusivity" agreements (damn TVG).
