I read the bit about the upcoming marketing conference, kudos, its nice to be noticed isn't it. I noticed that the goal of the conference is to attract and RETAIN new faces. In case it hasn't been already discussed, I would make the case for first addressing the complaints of the existing fan base, you know, top notch horseplayers like you and me and the rest of those handicapper wannabes.
