Well, let’s see….now that the odds and post positions are out, we’ve got this:

#2 Muhannak (12/1)
#3 Nite Light (4/1)
#4 Cloudy’s Knight (8/1)
#5 Father Time (3/1)
#6 Mastery (9/5*)
#7 Sir Dave (20/1)
#8 Eldaafer (30/1)
#9 Man of Iron (8/1)
#10 Gangbuster (30/1)

Still looks like Mastery’s race to lose. Not a lot of value on Father Time at 3/1, either.

This wasn’t the best crop of stayers in Europe, but if he takes to the traveling and track at all, Mastery is more than one class above his competition.

Have fun in California Kevin, how could you not though right? I’m trying to beat everything European this year with the American’s but we are not looking to great in this one. I like Coudy’s Knight, he’s older, battle tested and seems to be doing great right now, but I think he may be facing a higher tier of competitiong than before. Father Time, Man of Iron and Nite Light are my top three, but I’ll be frank and say that I really don’t know as much about the distance horses as I do classic and sprinter distance horses.
